Cancellation Policy

Walking the path of self-discovery and transformation requires commitment, and we’re here to support you every step of the way. We value your time and ask that you honor ours as well. Appointments are paid in full at time of booking. Appointments can be rescheduled up to 48 hours in advance through email. However, please note that appointments cannot be canceled. Each session involves significant preparation, so missed appointments will be charged in full. No refunds are issued for missed sessions. If an unforeseen issue arises, we’ll do our best to accommodate a reschedule within our operating hours if notified before your session. Booking Appointments All sessions must be booked through the online booking system. Unless at a scheduled event, all in-person sessions are by request and will be held at a public location like a local library private study room Rescheduling Policy Sessions may be rescheduled up to 48 hours in advance of the scheduled time. Rescheduling requests made within 48-24 hours of the appointment time will not be accommodated, and the session will be billed at 50% of the booking fee. Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the appointment time will not be accommodated, and the session will be billed at 75% of the booking fee. Cancellation Policy Cancellations are not permitted. Due to the extensive preparation involved in each session, all scheduled sessions will be billed in full, regardless of attendance. Missed appointments are non-refundable. Rescheduling is available up to 48 hours before appointment. After 48 hours you must contact Christie Hanrahan at Blackwalnutbotanicals@gmail.com. You may be charged a fee up to 48 hours before when rescheduling Emergency Sessions Emergency sessions will be billed at a rate of $300 per hour. These sessions are subject to availability and must be requested through the appropriate contact method. No-Show and Future Bookings Missed appointments are non-refundable and will be billed in full.
