Agreement between User and Black Walnut Botanicals, associates/employees
Welcome to BlackWalnutBotanicals.com! The blackwalnutbotanicals.com website (the "Site") is operated by Black Walnut Botanicals, associates/employees ("Company"). The Site is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein (the "Terms"). Your use of this Site constitutes your agreement to all such Terms. Please read these Terms carefully and retain a copy for your records.
Description of Services
This Site is an e-commerce site that provides herbal consultations, herbal products, astrology, oracle, and tarot services, as well as energy work, including but not limited to readings, coaching, events, and classes.
Scheduling and Cancellation Policy
All sessions must be booked through the online booking system. Unless at a scheduled event, all in-person sessions are by request and will be held at a public location, typically a library study room that has been reserved. Sessions may be rescheduled up to 48 hours in advance. Cancellations are not permitted. Due to the extensive preparation involved in each session, all scheduled sessions will be billed in full, regardless of attendance. Missed appointments are non-refundable. Emergency sessions will be billed at $450 per hour. We reserve the right to decline future bookings if a client repeatedly misses appointments or fails to adhere to these policies.
Electronic Communications
By visiting this Site or sending emails to blackwalnutbotanicals@gmail.com, you consent to receive electronic communications. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications provided to you electronically, via email, or on the Site satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
No Unlawful or Prohibited Use/ Intellectual Property
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use this Site strictly in accordance with these Terms. As a condition of your use, you warrant that you will not use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could disable or impair the Site.
