Appointments are paid in full at time of booking. Appointments can be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance through email. However, please note that appointments cannot be canceled. Each session involves significant preparation, so missed appointments will be charged in full. No refunds are issued for missed sessions. If an unforeseen issue arises, we’ll do our best to accommodate a reschedule within our operating hours if notified before your session.
